TARIFF - 2008

We would like to most respectfully draw your attention to our policy of not usually accepting bookings for less than two nights. There is a surcharge of £10.00 per night per room for one night bookings.

2 - 4 nights inclusive

Price per person per night for two people sharing a room - £42.50

Price per person per night for single occupancy - £60.00

5 nights and over

Smoking Policy

Usually all year. Please note: special terms may apply at Christmas and New Year

Children are most welcome over the age of 12 years.

We regret we do not cater for pets of any kind. (Except genuine guide dogs)

We are most grateful for arrivals between 3.30 pm and 8 pm.

Before 10.30 am. or by prior arrangement.

Smoking is not permitted by law inside any of the buildings.

Payment

You will be asked for your credit card number when you make your booking. This will not be touched unless you do not turn up in which case the whole cost of your booking will be charged against your card. At the end of your stay you will be presented with a bill, which should be paid immediately. We are most grateful for payment by credit card, cheque with guarantee card or cash.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation we will try to re-let, however if this proves to be impossible, the whole sum can be payable. We would like to suggest you consider taking out cancellation insurance. There are many companies on the Internet offering insurance, who may be found by searching 'holiday insurance' on one of the search engines. An example is www.holidayinsuranceweb.com Please note conditions apply and the insurances are subject to 'excess' conditions.
